I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and ever since I could remember, I’ve always been very interested in the world of real estate. Eventually I got a job with a NY real estate management company, where I began to learn the ins and outs of the market. Later I worked at a NY real estate rental brokerage, and from there I went on to become a NY licensed real estate broker, and started my own rental company, while I simultaneously also began buying off-market properties for cash.
In the summer of 2018 my wife Stacey and I made the decision to relocate to Toms River, New Jersey in search for better quality of life for our 2 little boys and ourselves. With that came our interest in local off-market properties. And so, Blueberry Hill Properties was born.
